Our objective is to provide our customers with a choice of cost-effective easy to understand service plans that remove the uncertainty of service costs and lower the total cost of ownership.

The Handheld MaxCare service plan is a complete suite of services that gives you the security and reliability for your business to succeed. All Handheld MaxCare service plans are for 3 years to provide extended life cycle protection. Ranging from the economical MaxCare Silver to the all inclusive MaxCare Platinum, there is a suitable solution for almost all needs.

  • All contracts are 3 years from purchase
  • Consumable parts such as batteries are excluded from all but MaxCare Platinum.
  • The extended warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Minimum purchase quantities apply. Mininum unit purchase for MaxCare Silver is 1 unit, MaxCare Gold has a 20-unit minimum. MaxCare Platinum has a 50-unit minimum quantity.
  • Warranty period starts upon date of product shipment from Handheld.

MaxCare Silver

is a straightforward and cost-effective service plan for the user who wants to extend the standard warranty coverage to 3 years.

MaxCare Gold

includes all Silver deliverables as well as free freight costs, all parts and labor included as well as a guaranteed quick turnaround time for repairs. The Handheld MaxCare Gold plan is the right service plan for the customer who is looking for more comprehensive coverage with fixed costs.

MaxCare Platinum

is the all inclusive service plan for the mission critical users. This includes features such as free freight costs, exchange units, yearly service reports as well as a yearly service meeting. The Platinum program also includes the Gold disc option where we load customer supplied images on to devices. The MaxCare Platinum service plan designed for the client that needs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
