If there is need of service or repair on your handheld device, please do not hesitate to contact our hardware service department at: service@handheldgroup.com
Our authorised and trained service and support team will do their utmost to help you with your product.
Should you need to send your product in for service or repair, please download and print the Handheld service form. Please complete the form with as much as information possible and send it together with the unit(s) to our office. Under normal conditions, the lead time for a repair is approximately 5 working days from the date that we have received your unit.
All our products are covered by a 12 month* limited warranty. To find out more about extended warranty, please see the MaxCare Service Plan.
*The warranty will commence from the day that Handheld ships out the unit/units.

For all software related issues, please contact our Software Support Centre at support@handheldgroup.com. Our online RMA ticket system will automatically create a ticket when receiving your email.
